How to make...
...a glitter picture
1. You will need PVA glue, cookie cutters, glitter and paper.
2. Fill container large enough to fit your cookie cutters and fill glue to 3mm depth.
3. Stick cutters in glue, then place on paper for 3-5 seconds until all glue has settled on page.
4. Madly sprinkle glitter on shapes.
5. Dispose of excess glitter.
6. Wait for shapes to dry.
7. Et voila. The finished product.
