Oliver's first ever bike ride without stabilisers...

Mama is possibly the proudest Mama ever.

Today her little boy rode his (or rather Olivia's pink) bike for the first time without ANY assistance. He's been on his balance bike for a while now, and we've been thinking about moving him to pedal power a little lately. This is his first ever attempt.

My heart is bursting with pride and love for a boy who just took to this as if he'd been doing it all his life.

Mama feels bad that she didn't realise the chain wasn't actually attached. Ho hum. See later videos for pedals that work.
