Mama's double take and Pip's take on his first day...

When Pip came out of the classroom at the end of his first day, Mama didn't recognise him for a millisecond.  He looked so grown up. Sigh.

Apparently school is 'good'.  Pip's first comment was he ate cauliflower and his hot dinner.  With tomato sauce and pasta.  He made 'LOTS OF FRIENDS' including Leon and Leo.  He didn't play with anyone (this is news to Ava who looked after him at playtime!) and got his first star for reading a book 'all by myself'.  He is adamant this is the truth: 'scouts honour Mama'.  Mama is not so sure.

But an overall success.  Phew.
