Dada's gliding lesson

For Father's Day, Dada got a gliding lesson. Of course, he'd already researched it to death on the internet and could probably fly a glider on his own already, but Mama thought it best to book him in with a professional. Just in case. And he took to it like a duck to water. A natural talent apparently. Go Jeffy.

And we have decided that we could live at Lasham Gliding Club. It has a bar, playground, cafe and wi-fi. What more could we need?! And Dada would get to indulge his new interest. Yippee.

Ol and Peter Pan

Oliver's obsession with Peter Pan continues. So much so that he has been pestering me to make him a Peter Pan outfit. So on Tuesday morning, we decided to get out the sewing machine and measure him up. It didn't take long and to be honest is the most basic of costumes, but it has made him a happy man.

And here he is. Very chuffed and racing round the house heading off to Neverland with Tinkerbell at his side. I hear many a shout of "Peter Pan ahoy" and "Mr. Smee!" throughout the day...

Now work starts to make Pip one.

Classic Oliver Quotes

One day Mama I'd like to go camping in the sea. We could have a tent under the water and the mermaids can come and visit. And there's a special place where the fishes hide from the sharks who are about to eat them.
